All sessions are booked through our online booking system. A non-refundable deposit secures your date and time. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Simmone.B Studios is located at Union Street Gallery, 1527 Otto Blvd, Chicago Heights, IL 60411. You’ll receive arrival instructions prior to your session.

Your remaining balance is due before your session begins. A payment link is typically sent in advance unless you plan to pay in cash.

Please arrive with outfits ready, hair and makeup done (unless otherwise arranged), and any personal props. Being prepared ensures we maximize our time.

2 Guests are allowed for each session with prior approval from SimmoneB. Any additional guests require a $15 guest fee per person must be paid before the session begins.

We offer a director’s chair, white cube, roses in red, light pink, and white, additional seating options, and a staircase prop. Select draping is also available—please inquire directly. Custom sets can be designed for an additional charge.

A $50 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes, the session may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited. Additional time cannot be guaranteed if you are late.

You may reschedule once with at least 4 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. Deposits remain valid for 30 days from the original cancellation date.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your scheduled time.

Your package will outline the number of professionally edited images. Additional edits are available for purchase.

Standard edits include color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor skin smoothing. Heavy retouching or body alterations are available for an additional fee.

Your digital gallery is typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on the session type.

Unedited images are not included in packages but may be purchased separately. Pricing for unedited images can be found in the booking descriptions for each package.
